The best way is to travel by train (Deutsche Bahn) to Weisswasser. From there, local buses (ZVON) will bring you to Bad Muskau. The "Kirchplatz" stop in the town is just a few steps from Muskauer Park.
In the season between April and October, you also have the option of travelling from Weisswasser to Bad Muskau on the romantic Muskau Forest Railway.
